CM Machinery has recently developed a Strip Cutting Table for Heavy Rubber Sheeting and Conveyor Belting.
The table is used to produce parallel narrow width rubber strips from ingoing material up to 1400mm wide and 25mm thick.
The slitting of the product is carried out by driven rotating blades.
The machine, although simple in its operation, is fully guarded and meets all current EU safety standards.
The machine was custom made to suit a specific customer application.
Versions of the strip cutting table are available up to 2.0 metres wide and for rolled products with various options, such as unwinds with automatic edge guiding, driven feed rollers and centre rewinds.
