Machine Functions:
- Provides facility to die cut difficult to handle hydrogel materials
- Feeds from hydrogel input rolls
- Strips off proective film from hydrogel input rolls to expose hydrogel product for cutting
- Rotary die cuts hydroge product into required shapes with interchangeable dies
- Re laminates protective film with / without tab slit for ease of subsequent processes
- Rewinds skeletal waste in virgin condition for re porcessing
- Controls provide facility for speed and tension adjustments to suit tight hydrogel product characteristics
