Machine Functions:
- Provides facility to place secondary partial crosscuts in cold store insulated panels for rebated ends / thermal breaks
- Provides facility to place one or two rebate cuts, either side of the main crosscut point, on lower insulation panel surface
- Places cuts in register with insulation panel crosscut point
- Cut depth and off set position are programmable at operator screen
- Resets between insulation panel cuts
- Fully servo motorised depth and offset positioning
- Option of additional upper cutting heads for complete flexibility of rebate direction
- Option of driven roller brush to clean lower surface
