Machine Functions:
- Produces disposible mini non woven pillowcases for use in airline cabins
- Feeds non woven fabric from parent rolls
- Forms continuous top and bottom folds longitudinally in fabric. Facility for bottom fold only
- Cuts and welds non woven pillow case to size producing heat sealed sides / folded bottom on product
- Facility of cutting to print register on pre-printed rolls
- Discharges finished pillow cases to output conveyor for manual take off
- Facility to change pillow case dimensions to suit final product size.
