Machine Functions:
- Machine feeds from input rolls of film, indexing it through a number of stations to carry out the welding, cutting and placing operations required to produce the fistula pouch
- External components are fed from on board magazines and located and fixed in place
- Lightweight film webs are held in register by side belts as they move through the machine giving tight positional accuracy for all processes
- Flexibility in fistula pouch construction by engagement of additional processing stations
- Electronic servo controls accessed through an operator interface screen allows facility for quick changeover via call up of stored product set up data
- Construction in stainless steel promotes suitability for use within a clean room environment
